The LIFE CLINMED-Farm project will participate in the LIFE Platform Meeting on Soils

The LIFE CLINMED-Farm will participate in the LIFE Platform Meeting on Soils that will take place in Pamplona on April 10 and 11.

This event, coorganized by the LIFE NAdapta and LIFE IP Urban Klima 2050 projects, will allow an exchange of knowledge and networking between LIFE projects related to soil health, stakeholders and EUfunded initiatives. The purpose is to provide valuable information for policymakers, advancing the planning, implementation and updating of policies on the environment, climate and energy.

The meeting will cover three main sectors: (1) soil conservation and adaptation to climate change, (2) soil contamination and bioremediation and (3) soil management in the agricultural sector. Participants will discuss topics such as soil health monitoring, climate change and economic opportunities, among others. In addition, attendees will be able to share their professional experience and comment on the existing challenges and best practices for implementing the EU Soil Strategy and the next Soil Directive.
